Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency in computer usage with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25mbps) Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a natural desire to help others Preferred
