Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism while providing accurate information to callers, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive. Handle client and member inquiries related to claims payment, status, and coverage information with expertise, providing clear and concise explanations of complex healthcare concepts. Interpret and follow client health plan protocols efficiently, ensuring that all interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements. Assist in claims processing by backing up the claims processing area with reports and workflow queues as assigned, ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and accurately.

Check and maintain accurate tracer documentation, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Ensure complete and detailed call documentation, providing a clear record of all interactions and ensuring that all follow-up actions are completed. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, representing arenaflex in a positive and professional manner. Promptly return incoming calls, ensuring that all customers receive timely and effective support.

Take on additional projects and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a high-volume call center environment, with the ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively. Background in healthcare or health insurance, with knowledge of bolthires HMOI or other insurance plans, and a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology.

Proficiency in bolthires Office and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience would be highly valued, with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage plans and regulations. Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will have: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
