The ability to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their parents What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics.

Your primary mode of communication will be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and following up as needed to resolve issues. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers; we're searching for individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide personalized solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, following up as needed to resolve issues Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed support What You'll Need To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of pet care or pharmacy operations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
