Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to in a remote capacity based in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Key aspects of this role include: Training and shift hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm CST, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
