Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve non-standard and escalated customer issues. Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and maximizing opportunities to build rapport with our clients. Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new developments and enhancements.
Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating customer accounts as required, and participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Offering additional products and services to customers, as appropriate, to enhance their experience and drive business growth. Adhering to shift schedules, maintaining acceptable attendance, and providing required notification of absence according to our company policy. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma, with at least one year of customer service experience preferred.
A courteous and strong customer service orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support in fast-paced environments. Strong computer navigation skills, PC knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges. Dependable and proficient attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment, with the ability to maintain a pleasant and professional tone and manner in all customer interactions. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support. Flexibility to rotate shifts, as needed, and a willingness to mentor junior team members and facilitate their work.
