About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing best-in-class service to clients across various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management.

This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with multiple shifts available to accommodate different schedules and preferences. To be successful in this role, you must have a reliable internet connection and be based in one of the following states: FL, IL, IN, SC, VA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Utilize a range of communication tools, including telephones, email, chat, and text, to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Properly utilize the CRM system for technical inquiries, ensuring follow-up for customer resolution and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Follow established policies and procedures regarding escalations, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Update records with current demographic and contact information, accurately notating all interactions and maintaining the integrity of customer data.

Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Comprehend training material on a variety of topics, sharing new concepts and content with colleagues and continuously improving knowledge and skills. Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies, ensuring compliance and integrity in all aspects of work.

Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a results-driven approach. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should be passionate about the work you do and the people you help, with a strong ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers. Attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation, able to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems. Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work setting.
