As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers
- Review accounts for accuracy and update as needed
- Fund loans and manage collections
- Acquire new customers through marketing and outreach efforts
- Work closely with the team to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment
- Safeguard company monies and property
- Assist in managing P&L's and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on all company trainings and industry laws
- Document calls to past, present, and future customers
- Educate customers on the terms and conditions of the contract
- Follow instructions and respond to management direction
- Report for work on time, as scheduled, and ready to begin the workday
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent math skills, including the ability to count money
- Strong social skills, including the ability to engage and interact professionally
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate payment terms
- Communication skills, including the flexibility to work with different personalities
- Computer skills, including the ability to use computer programs required to process day-to-day transactions
- Clerical skills, including the ability to file folders, answer phones, scan, and copy paperwork
- Organization skills, including the ability to utilize filing systems
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- *Requirements**
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable vehicle
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to successfully complete all post-offer screens, including a criminal background check, MVR, and reference check
