Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients' customers who have or are looking to obtain a life insurance policy through their employer.
You'll respond to customer requests via telephone, process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Expectations * Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to clients' customers who have or are looking to obtain a life insurance policy through their employer * Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction * Discuss common topics with customers, including: + Enrolling or changing their life insurance amount + Confirming or changing beneficiary + Policy provisions (how policy works) IE: will it reduce with age, what policy covers, exclusions, etc + How to continue coverage when retired/leave employer + Status of customer requests + Billing inquiries * Work under immediate supervision, reporting to an immediate supervisor * Use video during interview, coaching, and virtual training * Be flexible in regard to shifts worked, which may change based on business needs * Meet attendance and performance expectations, as measured by Progress Check scores and Behaviour ratings Behaviours and Performance Metrics * Attendance * Ability to use reference materials * Class Participation * Interpersonal skills * Grasp of Material * Decision making * Confidence Level * Ownership of learning * Technical Skills * Adaptability and flexibility Equipment Coordination * You will be issued arenaflex equipment, which consists of a laptop, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and docking station * You are required to return the equipment to arenaflex within a week of your assignment ending Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent is required * 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a customer service role is preferred * Ability to train and take calls virtually in a quiet and secure work environment * Reliable high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) is required; hotspots and use of Wi-Fi are not allowed * Located within 50 miles of Oriskany Client's office * Willingness to report to Client's office to resolve technical issues * Ability to work during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday 8:00am - 11:00pm EST, with flexibility in regard to shifts worked Work Environment and Company Culture * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees * We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for career growth and development * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their customers
