Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering 40-60 inbound calls, responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy * Capturing member information accurately and updating systems with complete and concise data * Ensuring flexibility, staying organized, and complying with constantly changing programs and business rules * Investigating issues that cannot be resolved at the time of initial call, collaborating with internal teams to research and follow up with the Member until a resolution occurs * Demonstrating comfort working in the healthcare field, with an acute awareness of privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism * Determining proper issue escalation, joining forces with other internal departments for answers, and closing the loop to provide a solution for the Member Expectations of Performance As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to embody our core values: * Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Strong Communication: Verbal and written communication skills that are clear, concise, and respectful * Reliable: Demonstrating a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using technology to enhance customer service and streamline processes Training and Development As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive 5-week virtual training program, which includes: * Classroom training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role * Quizzes and tests to assess your understanding and progress * Shadowing to provide hands-on experience and guidance * All remote equipment will be provided to ensure you have everything you need to succeed Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * 1+ years of call center experience in a larger company, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry * High school diploma or GED * Ability to work remotely in a professional environment and independently * 6+ months of customer or call center experience * High school diploma or GED * Ability to work remotely in a professional environment Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, you'll need to have knowledge of basic office equipment, including: * Electronic medical record systems (EMR) * Computers * Internet * Email * Copy and fax machines * Telephone Schedule As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with 8 consecutive hours between 7am-6pm PST.
