Our mission is to improve health every day, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and patients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their benefits, claims, and other related issues. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently, effectively, and with a positive attitude. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and patients in a timely and professional manner * Research and resolve issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment, and patient services needs * Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries * Schedule patient appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their benefits and services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Two years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment * Previous data entry experience required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
