Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to in a remote opportunity with a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities: * Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills. * Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc. * Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed. * Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
* Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs. * Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. * Previous customer service experience and comfortable with sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. * Working knowledge of bolthires Office and comfortable training in Salesforce. * Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
* High School Diploma or GED. Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field. * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
