As an Experienced Customer Service - Self Storage Manager in Grand Prairie, TX, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Assessing Customer Storage Needs**: Work with customers to understand their storage requirements and make suggestions for packing and moving supplies.
  • **Daily Storage Unit Inspections**: Conduct daily inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring that spaces are ready to rent.
  • **Auditing Cash Drawers and Making Bank Deposits**: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of your daily business.
  • **Customer Communication**: Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
  • **Physical Requirements**: Be able to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

  • **Physical Ability**: The ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments.
