As an Experienced Customer Service - Self Storage Manager in Grand Prairie, TX, you'll be responsible for:
- **Assessing Customer Storage Needs**: Work with customers to understand their storage requirements and make suggestions for packing and moving supplies.
- **Daily Storage Unit Inspections**: Conduct daily inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring that spaces are ready to rent.
- **Auditing Cash Drawers and Making Bank Deposits**: Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of your daily business.
- **Customer Communication**: Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Be able to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Customer Service Experience**: A background in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
- **Transportation**: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling between work locations and conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available).
- **Physical Ability**: The ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments.
