Key Responsibilities Provide comfortable assistance to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external clients Work in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our organization Be responsible for delivering unbelievable client service to individuals seeking to use our services, handling their needs and resolving any issues that may arise Handle all aspects of customer service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize a modernized system to manage customer interactions, including handling payments, processing transactions, and balancing daily exchanges Check in customers and handle their luggage and freight in a courteous and efficient manner Manage upset customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled services, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, and resolve such issues quickly and within the guidelines laid out by the organization Provide current and accurate information to clients and other guests, answering general questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, including composing anomaly and complaint reports as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to type and utilize a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand customer service procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of customer service software and technology Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced environment
