Key Responsibilities: Ensure that service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Clarify customer requirements, probing for understanding, and utilizing decision-support tools and resources to provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and protocols.
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates. Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, as applicable, and track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, as needed.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma, with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You will be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation, and possess strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and work with customers, colleagues, and management. Essential

Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment. Basic knowledge of client products and/or services. Experience with call tracking databases and software applications. Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
