Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support via phone and internet Assisting customers with preparing their tax returns Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases Offering additional products and services to customers Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Recent tax experience At least 1 year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Knowledge of tax preparation software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in our people and providing a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and personal development.
