As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a bonus

  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • *Requirements**
  • Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Availability to work one of the following full-time shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
  • 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
