As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including email, chat, social media, and phone. Your goal will be to provide timely, effective, and personalized support to our customers, resolving their issues and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Managing incoming email and chat tickets, including social media inquiries, in a timely and professional manner Handling phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and support, and resolving issues efficiently Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and following up to ensure resolution Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents as required Following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality Taking the extra mile to engage customers, build trust, and foster long-term relationships Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment Impeccable English written skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Strong phone contact handling skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to different types of customers and situations Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Good listening skills and experience in note-taking, with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with GSuite, including Gmail, bolthires Drive, and bolthires Docs Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as ticketing systems and CRM platforms Certification in customer support or a related field, such as ITIL or Six Sigma Language skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages System Requirements To perform this role, you will need to meet the following system requirements: At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup, to ensure reliable and consistent connectivity A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor, at least 8 GB RAM, and an i3 processor for backup, to ensure sufficient processing power and memory A webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and quiet, dedicated home office, to ensure high-quality video and audio interactions A smartphone, to stay connected and responsive to customers and team members
