As a global leader, we are now seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Central Operations Team in India, where you will play a vital role in supporting our network countries on contract management. Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, ensuring seamless contract management, and driving business growth. As a key member of our Central Operations Team, you will work closely with local divisions, sales teams, and customers to set up and manage agreements, provide service recommendations, and create maintenance budgets.
Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the execution of projects in SAP S4 Hana and driving the success of our Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care initiatives. Key Responsibilities Setting up MMA agreements in ATURB, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of new agreements and updates to existing ones Conducting yearly updates of MMA agreements, incorporating changes in scope, material, service packages, and other relevant details Performing data clean-up of agreements as per requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Creating periodic service recommendations for customers based on maintenance budgets, providing valuable insights and support Developing maintenance budgets for MMA customers, utilizing the yearly maintenance scheduler and remarks from previous service jobs Providing support on setting up and calculating Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care, driving business growth and customer satisfaction Assisting in the execution of projects in SAP S4 Hana, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer support
Your Background To succeed in this role, you should possess a relevant university degree in Business or Engineering, with a strong foundation in English language skills.
Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in global customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy engineering company. Familiarity with O365 tools and SAP S4 Hana would be beneficial.
