Job Summary As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
You'll work closely with our clients to resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide expert advice on our products and services. Key Responsibilities * Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards * Investigate and troubleshoot issues with fountain equipment, identifying and resolving problems efficiently * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a positive and inclusive work environment Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) * Previous experience in customer support, technical services, or a related field * Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn * Ability to lift 50 pounds and move equipment as needed * Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
