We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applications from diverse candidates who share our values. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Systems Manager in delivering exceptional results. You'll be responsible for assisting Company offices across the US with time-sensitive account setups and updates for customers, growers, shippers, and carriers. Your responsibilities will include addressing various system needs, providing backup for ERP and TMS tasks, and managing other administrative duties for the Home Office. **Responsibilities** * Input, verify, update, and manage various business information within the Company's ERP and TMS databases. * Actively monitor incoming requests, respond promptly and effectively prioritize work. * Oversee carrier and customer account setups and updates within the TMS system (Revenova). * Handle account setups and updates for Customers, Growers, Shippers, and Carriers in the ERP system (Famous). * Review and verify documents and information for accuracy, identify deficiencies or errors, and conduct audits to ensure all necessary details are included. Request any missing or additional information needed for successful setups or updates. * Vet and verify external carriers to ensure compliance with Company standards, which may include rejecting requests and informing relevant contacts in the Company. * Identify and rectify data deficiencies or errors during reviews quickly and accurately. * Organize and store digital copies of data and documents for efficient retrieval. * Manage external logistics resources, tools, and subscriptions used by the Company. * Assist with quarterly accounts payable/receivable tasks related to Company rebate programs. * Manage all Certificate of Insurance requests and updates. * Other duties as assigned. **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)** * Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field * 2+ years of general office experience * Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)** * Experience with TMS/ERP systems, particularly Famous and/or Revenova (or other Salesforce platforms) * Understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes * Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency for handling urgent requests * Ability to focus for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and speed * Comfortable asking questions and communicating with Company employees and external contacts * Strong work ethic and commitment to follow-through * General technology and computer skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for business intelligence solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
