Responsibilities and Duties As a Data Entry Processor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including: * Data Entry: You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems with high accuracy, per client's requirements. * Manual Identification: You'll perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI). * Classification: You'll classify documents based on client's requirements. * Task Completion: You'll work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines.
* Problem Solving: You'll be able to problem solve, self-guided, and make decisions that align with company policies and standards. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * High School Diploma: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. *1-2 Years of
Experience: You'll need to have 1-2 years of experience in a working environment. * Typing Speed: You'll need to have a typing speed of 40 wpm+. * Computer Skills: You'll need to have introductory knowledge of bolthires products (i.e.
Word, Outlook, Excel). * Attention to Detail: You'll need to have strong attention to detail and be able to translate information effectively and accurately. * Customer Service Skills: You'll need to have great customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
