Job Description
We are a business networking events platform hosting events in 98 cities every 6-weeks. We have a team of virtual assistants currently who run various processes of our business. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant or fractional COO to manage our team effectively. You will: - Review and give feedback on employee's work daily - Quickly learn our processes and how they fit into the bigger picture of how our business operates - Be left alone to manage the team and report to senior management as needed.
- Call stakeholders (venues, sponsors, photographers, etc.) to coordinate
This role is crucial for our operational efficiency and requires someone who is proactive, organized, and has a strong understanding of business management. The responsibilities of this role will grow overtime, and we are looking for someone who can be with us for the long haul. If you're a self-starter with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive results, we would love to hear from you. Requirements: - Past management experience (a must!) - Availability from 9:30am - 7pm EST, with an added bonus if you're available from 5:30pm EST - 11:00pm EST on Wednesdays - Fluent in English, with minimal-to-no accent.
