As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist, you can expect: * Competitive salary: $10.10 - $27.44 per hour, with average starting earnings of $57,070 per year * Paid training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, paid vacation, and more * Company-provided vehicle and tools to support your work * Flexible remote work arrangement to balance your work and personal life **Responsibilities** As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery * Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues * Splicing and waterproofing coverings to maintain the integrity of our network * Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure optimal service performance * Climbing ladders and poles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions to access and maintain our infrastructure **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A valid state driver's license * A non-negligent driving record * To meet the 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions * The ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors * The ability to lift and move up to 100lbs * To qualify on pre-employment screening: Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMT III) **What You'll Need** As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist, you will be required to: * Work 40 weekly hours * Hold a temporary (fixed term) position * Be based in Kalamazoo, Michigan **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills we're looking for, please submit your application today.
