About the Role As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll serve as the bridge between our sales and support teams, ensuring a seamless transition for new signups and fostering long-term customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and helping clients maximize the potential of our real estate websites and services. Key Responsibilities Transition new signups into happy, long-term customers through personalized support and guidance Conduct periodic check-ins to address client needs, inform them of existing and new features, and provide tailored solutions Deliver 1-on-1 product demonstrations and live support via screenshare meetings to help clients get the most out of their website and overall experience with arenaflex Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements Identify and escalate customer issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth Requirements and Skills Fluent written and spoken English Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar role (hospitality or support) Minimum 1+ year of experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS platform (arenaflex's custom CMS is built on top of WordPress) Minimum 1+ year of 1-on-1 virtual support and/or consulting experience (Google Hangouts) Ticket support experience (Intercom) Phone Support experience (Kixie) Experience with project management platforms (Teamwork, ClickUp, and Asana) Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Technical skills related to arenaflex's product or service Accountability, personal organization, and self-motivation (remote position) Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Real estate industry experience Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Working Hours and Expectations We expect approximately 8 hours of work per day, between PST and EST U.S. time zones.
