Primary Skills: Someone with good monitoring skills and experience in creating dashboards.
Splunk & Dynatrace along with Process Knowledge, Good Cloud exposure, Java, ITIL certified, Level 2 support exp, PCI DSS, DR, Security Certificate, Soft Skills
Monitoring system performance and capacity
Dashboard creation and configuration
Maintaining documentation of all configurations and changes to the system
Performing basic troubleshooting when issues occurs
Analysing data in order to identify patterns, trends, or other useful information.
Groovy JD
Hands-on Experience in any cloud
Strong Expertise in Groovy scripting.
Hands-on experience in writing Pipelines in Jenkins through Groovy or any other scripting language. (Not Freestyle jobs)
Strong understanding of SQL queries
Expertise in GiT or any other similar version control tool.
Understanding of any configuration tool like Chef/Ansible/Puppet.
