Key Responsibilities: * Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude * Answer client messages with clear, concise, and step-by-step guidelines * Data entry and examination within various computer applications, including our online catalog (www.arenaflex.com) * Information and research orders/solicitations * Perform other related duties as assigned by management Essential
Qualifications: * Solid computer skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Solid verbal and written communication skills * Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and attention to detail * Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Proficient grammar and writing skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset Preferred
