Job Responsibilities As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' journey to the cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting clients and stakeholders in understanding the benefits of arenaflex's cloud solutions, including explaining complex technical concepts and providing guidance on implementation plans.
* Impacting the development of arenaflex's cloud-based artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities by identifying and prioritizing business client needs and requirements. * Demonstrating the business value of arenaflex's AI and ML solutions to our enterprise clients, including identifying opportunities for improvement and updating solutions to meet evolving customer needs. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in business development or utilizing computer-based intelligence strategies and building applications using AI and ML techniques. * Experience in delivering technical presentations and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with contact center technologies and platforms, as well as building conversational applications. * Experience with building and using AI and ML models, including deep learning and custom ML. * Experience with coding using Java, C++, or Python. * Experience with document and image-based AI.
