Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including: * Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately to ensure the highest level of quality and precision * Providing expert technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computer hardware and software * Assisting clients with the use of computer equipment and software, including printing, installation, and project management tools * Maintaining the security and integrity of our network framework, including password management and data encryption * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support as needed * Communicating with clients via phone and email to resolve issues and provide updates on the status of their requests * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues Key Obligations: As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering client care demands and determining the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintaining trust in TSG * Speaking with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.) * Exploring distinguished issues by gathering clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal * Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled * Conducting circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally * Finishing administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues Essential

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong background in data entry and technical support, with a minimum of 2 years of experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Experience with bolthires Windows (client/server) and a variety of software applications, including Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and Distant Work area Applications * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues * A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * A strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Preferred
