Key Responsibilities: * Lead surveys among Product and Manufacturing Designing to drive expectations that are vital to executing Plan For Greatness (DFX) and test procedure. * Ensure plant availability, support manufacturing line raise, provide product investigation training, and assemble feedback on form issues. Manage the bottleneck and drive yield span investigation to improve product quality.

* Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for up to 5 days a week in Guadalajara, MX. * Work with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets. Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product execution meets requirements. * Coordinate the arrival of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Information Management (PDM) framework.

Support second-source part capability and arrival of ECOs and MCOs. Essential

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Designing, a connected field, or identical viable experience. * 3 years of involvement in an organization creating supply chains in assembling and testing. * Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part providers for server farm server type items.

Preferred

Qualifications: * 3 years of involvement in an organization creating supply chains in assembling and testing. * Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and part providers for server farm class server pedal items (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC). * Experience creating and executing a plan approval test plan for a complex electronic assembly. * Understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, and post-silicon validation. * Familiarity with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash.

Skills and Competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
