Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members * Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions * Assisting customers with order expediting, post-sales problems, and other customer-related inquiries * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Working a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours Essential
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers * A reliable laptop, phone, or tablet, and a stable internet connection * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite Preferred
