Job Summary We're seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our remote customer service team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities As an HVAC technician on our remote customer service team, you'll be responsible for: * Providing on-site deterrent support on equipment such as RTUs, air controllers, rack warmers, and exhaust fans * Assisting with various repairs and maintenance tasks, and being prepared to follow guidance * Collaborating with our team to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences * Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and colleagues Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * Experience in commercial HVAC administration and installation (at least 1 year) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A valid driver's license * The ability to work in a team-based environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment and systems * Knowledge of building codes and regulations * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull/transport or move heavier objects (with additional labor or suitable equipment), work with ladders, and work from different levels * Experience working in a remote customer service environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems
