We are now seeking an experienced Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to, working remotely and utilizing their expertise in data entry and patient care to drive business results and improve patient outcomes. Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to at arenaflex. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services.
You will also be responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting, cultivating strong relationships with clinical communities, and serving as a representative and contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
Drive the execution of various strategies and operations to ensure business needs are being met, including implementing patient intervention pharmacy programs to maximize financial performance. Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services, including monitoring and analyzing results, and implementing changes as needed. Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services, such as patient consultation, medication management, and retail, clinical, or health services.
Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership, including staff training experiences and development opportunities. Conduct data and clinical reviews, making strategic decisions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions, and reviewing drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Utilize exceptional communication skills to win the trust of patients, listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns.
Give feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients on the value of individual consultations. Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this description as allocated by management, including observing guidelines and procedures for all job responsibilities to meet objectives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Current Pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority.
Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. Experience working with confidential information. Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends. Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of various tasks with varying completion dates. Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. Able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications
The following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset for this role: Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. Knowledge of insurance plans. Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus.
Basic level skill in bolthires Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check or possibly printing worksheets). Basic level skill in bolthires PowerPoint (for example: inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view or possibly running a slide show).
Basic level skill in bolthires Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting, and editing text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, aligning, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or possibly print functions).
