The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of product shipments, coordinating with transportation providers, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the arrangement of commodity/import completed vehicle shipments, ensuring timely and bolthires-effective delivery to customers. Book and coordinate the most efficient and productive means to import/trade goods within anticipated requirements, working closely with sea/air transportation providers. Arrange and cooperate with transportation providers to establish transportation plans, guaranteeing compliance with organization and industry quality assurance standards. Set up and maintain logistics profiles in the system, creating required documentation (Sea Bill of Filling, Delivery Guidance, IMO, etc.) for import and export capabilities.

Provide exceptional support to partners throughout the shipment cycle, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Support logistics leadership with gathering and distributing logistics dashboards and metrics, analyzing data to optimize logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction. Essential

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with a strong academic record and proof of exceptional ability.

At least 2+ years of experience in Logistics, with a proven track record of success in managing logistics operations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Experience with sea and air cargo, as well as knowledge of broad cargo shipping terms and standards, including Incoterms. Basic knowledge of accounting capabilities and relative data recovery, with experience working with systems such as Scene, SQL, and Salesforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams, provide exceptional customer support, and communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.

Ability to travel up to 10%, with a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Preferred
