Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. You'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers, coordinating evening trips, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) * Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration * Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member * Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners * Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours * Coordinating evening trips as they come in * Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing * Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation * Healthcare experience preferred * Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a customer-facing role * Knowledge of non-emergency medical transportation services * Familiarity with Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results
