Job Summary As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution. Your primary goal will be to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner while ensuring that our organization's credibility is protected. You will be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers, providing exceptional service and support. Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. You should be proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems, and have a strong understanding of basic business math concepts. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, and preferred candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This role will require you to work remotely on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with the exception of the initial 1-week training period, which will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will need to be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
