As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them with our services and initiatives, and building positive relationships through effective communication and active listening.

Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to a lead list provided by arenaflex, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives. - Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening. - Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency. - Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures. - Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success. - Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics. Key Performance Indicators - Conduct a minimum of 20 outbound calls per week.
- Achieve a lead conversion rate of 20% or higher. - Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher. - Meet or exceed established targets for outbound call volume and lead conversion. Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in bolthires Office suite. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Commitment to our mission of empowering women in leadership positions and promoting gender equality.
