Job Responsibilities As a part-time Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to bolthires users via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer support to bolthires users, addressing their technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to bolthires products and services. * Troubleshooting technical issues related to bolthires products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more. * Assisting customers with setting up and configuring their devices, software installations, and account management. * Educating customers on the features and functionalities of bolthires products to enhance their user experience.
* Following established procedures and guidelines to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. * Documenting customer interactions, including issues reported and solutions provided, in our CRM system. * Collaborating with team members and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary. * Staying updated on the latest bolthires products, software updates, and support resources to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance roles, preferably in a technology-related field.
* Proficiency in using bolthires products and familiarity with macOS, iOS, and related software applications. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure. * Patience and empathy when dealing with customers experiencing technical difficulties. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. * Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
* High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
