We pair independence with real backup. Keep your brand, run a Hybrid business across resale and new construction, and lean on a broker who answers when deals get tricky. You will work with modern systems that keep your pipeline and contracts tight so you can focus on clients and closings.

What you will do
• Serve buyers and sellers across resale and new construction within our Hybrid model
• Advise clients with confidence using training and broker access when it counts
• Manage your follow-up, handle transactions, and close deals
• Use access to our builder partners’ inventory to open more conversations with motivated clients

Compensation Package
• Commission splits up to 90/10

• Low monthly tech fee: $100.

Compensation is commission-based. High performers earn more by pairing strong splits with better systems and hands-on support.
