About the Role As a
Remote Customer Service and Financial Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting calls with representatives to expand our reach, meeting with potential clients to discuss their financial needs, and creating personalized financial plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for training and onboarding new hires, developing them into key team members, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and promote our financial products Meet with potential clients to discuss their financial needs and create personalized financial plans Become fluent in financial products, including Life and Series 6, with the option to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65 licenses Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members and contributing to the growth and success of our organization Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, expand our client base, and drive business growth What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualities, and characteristics.

Qualifications: Able to influence and negotiate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and calls Able to create meaningful relationships with clients, built on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of their financial needs Desire to learn and grow, with a passion for personal and professional development Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients and respond to their needs Preferred
