Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient and effective customer support Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Offer additional products and/or services to customers, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Be an amazing problem-solver, using strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution

Your Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong focus on building customer relationships, 1+ year of customer support experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

You'll also require a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, strong problem-solving skills, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing are also essential. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone are required, and you must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
