Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry and customer support specialist with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Placing outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and responding to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles Providing management support, creating and updating profiles, and performing various administrative tasks Filing, data entry, and document production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Creating and updating customer service issue tickets, and supporting the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process Managing special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks Greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience Performing general office roles, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work Checking and verifying supply orders, and performing other administrative tasks as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal oversight Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues Proven ability to follow guidelines and established procedures to perform essential work functions Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically Energetic and focused, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a customer support or data entry role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
