Job Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately and efficiently enter financial data into our systems. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of our financial data. Responsibilities As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Accurately entering financial data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail Ensuring the integrity and security of financial data by following established protocols Verifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies in data entry Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks Performing other administrative tasks as needed In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, developing strong relationships with your colleagues and contributing to the success of our organization.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role Proficiency in bolthires Excel and other relevant software Excellent typing and 10-key skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under strict deadlines

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
