Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Enter data into internal and external systems in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate. Input and load client employee payroll information, personal employee information, and other required data into databases to facilitate client payroll processing. Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery address changes, contact information updates, and other relevant details to maintain accurate account information.

Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve data entry issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Utilize basic Excel skills and computer knowledge to perform data entry tasks, maintain spreadsheets, and generate reports as required. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of Data Entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with bolthires Excel, with the ability to perform basic functions, such as data entry, formatting, and formula creation.
