As an Experienced Self-Pay/Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in achieving this mission by providing rapid, compliant, and patient-centric resolution of balances and ensuring the financial success of our Client Partners. Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Self-Pay/Customer Service Representative to at arenaflex.

In this role, you'll be responsible for fielding inbound patient calls, resolving balances, and maximizing financial performance for our Client Partners. Key Responsibilities: As an Experienced Self-Pay/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks and deliverables: * Fields Inbound Patient Calls: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve balance issues, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and patient-centric manner.

* Fields Insurance Carrier, Attorney, and Non-Self Pay related Inbound Calls: Handle calls from insurance carriers, attorneys, and non-self pay related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. * Manages assigned inventory through the proper and timely cycling of Dispositional Segments within arenaflex or the Client's software solution(s): Utilize our workflow solution to manage assigned inventory and ensure timely resolution of balances. * Consistently meets the Total Touches per Day bolthires (for both Patients and Guarantors) as determined by the assigned Segment of A/R and other Client nuances and considerations: Meet or exceed daily touch targets to ensure efficient resolution of balances.

* Accurately sets up Payment Plans with Patients per Client guidelines: Collaborate with patients to establish payment plans that meet their needs and comply with Client guidelines. * Secures Payments and Partial Payments with Patients per Client guidelines: Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and ensure timely payment of balances. * Performs Account research and resolution on Self Pay, FAP, and Insurance topics in timely and results-oriented fashion: Conduct thorough research and resolve account issues related to self-pay, financial assistance programs, and insurance.

* Consistently documents all Patient encounters in Hospital's source system and/or arenaflex's workflow solution: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and account resolutions. Essential and Preferred

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications: * Patient-Centric Customer Service: Deliver exceptional patient experiences through empathy, active listening, and effective communication. * Empathy: Understand and respond to patient concerns and needs in a compassionate and professional manner.

* Multi-system toggling and organizational efficiency: Utilize multiple systems and tools to manage inventory, resolve balances, and meet productivity targets. * Documentation, written and verbal communication: Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, leaders, and staff. * Proficiency in bolthires Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel: Utilize bolthires Office products to manage inventory, create reports, and communicate with stakeholders. * HIPAA and related Privacy and Security Acts and Regulations: Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
