Senior Analytics Engineer to of data experts. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure that supports our Medical Services Quality Improvement program.
Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business insights and informing strategic decisions across arenaflex. Key Responsibilities * Direct the delivery of data insights and business intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's strategic objectives * Develop and maintain long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing initiatives to meet business reporting and analytics requirements * Design, create, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Establish data governance and pre-processing principles for populating accurate and meaningful data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data validation, etc.) Essential Capabilities * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to, Sky blue Data Pipeline, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience Preferred Capabilities * Certified Data Management Certified
