As a seasoned Senior Client Partner, Customer Success - Rockerbox at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer renewals and account growth. You'll take full ownership of renewals for high-revenue customers, partnering with Customer Success Managers to align on strategy, mitigate risk, and lead customer-facing negotiations at the right moment based on contract dynamics and customer context. This is a highly visible, senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over commercial outcomes. You'll operate independently, build trust quickly with customer stakeholders, and take initiative to retain and grow key accounts. You'll be directly responsible for achieving Rockerbox's retention and expansion goals, with clear revenue targets tied to your work. **What You'll Do** As a Senior Client Partner, Customer Success - Rockerbox at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Taking full ownership of renewals for Rockerbox's high-revenue customers, driving all commercial strategy and execution * Leading customer-facing conversations around pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements * Partnering with CSMs to determine the right time to initiate renewal or expansion discussions based on contract and customer needs * Engaging directly with senior stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and marketing leads, to manage and close renewals * Identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with evolving customer goals * Owning and delivering against renewal and expansion revenue targets * Delivering accurate forecasts in partnership with Revenue Operations * Building and improving internal processes for renewals, expansions, and commercial playbooks * Acting as a senior voice within the CS team, operating with autonomy and influencing how we manage customer lifecycle strategy **Who You Are** We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of owning revenue-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high-revenue customers. If you have: * 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company * A proven track record of owning revenue-generating renewals and driving measurable retention and growth outcomes with high-revenue customers * Deep experience negotiating pricing, contract structure, and multi-year agreements * Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without structured oversight * Ability to build trust quickly and jump into relationships mid-lifecycle * Strong communication skills with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset * Process-driven with an eagerness to build and refine renewal and upsell workflows * Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with high accountability * Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management **What We Offer** The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at arenaflex. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $103,000 to $177,000.
