Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and results-driven support to our customers, handling escalated calls, and serving as a resource and subject matter expert for your team members.

Your goal will be to identify and exceed customer expectations, build strong relationships, and deliver the best possible customer service experience. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for other team members or internal customers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer experiences. Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive the support they need to feel confident and satisfied.

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized support and guidance to address their concerns and questions. Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in computer systems to ensure that all customer interactions are accurate, efficient, and effective. Intervene with care providers on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling, connections with internal specialists, and other support services as needed. Assist customers in navigating arenaflex websites, encourage and reassure them to become self-sufficient, and provide education and support to help them understand their benefits and options.

Own problems through to resolution on behalf of customers, providing comprehensive and timely follow-up and support to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved. Research complex issues across multiple databases, work with support resources to resolve customer issues, and partner with others to resolve escalated issues and improve customer outcomes. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with our customers and team members.

The following requirements and qualifications are essential for this position: Essential Qualifications High School Diploma / GED and/or equivalent years of working experience. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. Ability to successfully complete customer service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am - 7:00pm local time, Sunday - Saturday, with flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications 1 year of customer service representative experience or 1 year of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role. Bilingual fluency in English / Spanish. Telecommuting Requirements As a remote worker, you will need to meet the following requirements to ensure that you can work effectively and securely from your home office: Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable). Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

Must live in a location that can receive an arenaflex-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
