Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team at bolthires Retail Pharmacy USA Division. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies and economic forecasting models to drive business growth and profitability. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your time between our remote office and home. Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies and economic forecasting models to drive business growth and profitability.• Analyze complex economic data and statistics to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions that inform pricing decisions.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, reporting, operations, business development, and sales teams, to provide pricing recommendations and insights.• Communicate pricing suggestions, data analysis, and economic models to senior executives and leaders throughout the organization.• Prepare senior-level executive documentation of pricing recommendations, economic metrics, and business insights.• Utilize advanced bolthires Excel skills to create and maintain complex forecasting and underwriting models, including pivot tables, macros, and formula auditing.• Apply intermediate-level bolthires Access, SAS, and SQL skills to query and analyze large and complex data sets.• Identify and solve pricing problems by conducting analysis that involves retrieving and analyzing internal statistics and data from third-party sources.• Present pricing recommendations, data analysis, and economic models to senior executives and leaders throughout the organization.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Pharmacoeconomics.• At least 1 year of labor experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing.• High school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Contracting, Finance, Account Management, or Pricing.• 1+ years of pricing/economic analysis or related experience, including 1+ years of experience in using Excel for economic data analysis and/or economic modeling.• Knowledge and understanding of statistics, business metrics, and operational processes.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions in complex data sets.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior executives and leaders.• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.• Intermediate-level skills in bolthires PowerPoint, including creating and formatting presentations, adding images and transitions, and customizing slide numbers and chart formats.• Advanced-level skills in bolthires Excel, including using AVERAGE functions, merging and centering cells, printing focused pages, and creating pivot tables.• Intermediate-level skills in bolthires Word, including placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and adjusting table columns.Preferred QualificationsWe prefer candidates with the following qualifications:• Advanced pricing and profitability modeling experience.• Experience working with large and complex data sets, including data analysis and visualization.• Strong knowledge of economic forecasting models and techniques.• Experience working with senior executives and leaders to develop and implement business strategies.
