* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and its trends. * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience
Professional (CCEP). * Experience working with diverse customer populations, including international customers.
