Community Building: Work closely with our content creators to develop strategies for building and nurturing a positive online community.
? Reporting: Compile reports on user activity, trends, and feedback to help improve our content and community engagement strategies. ? Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for new content and initiatives aimed at increasing viewer engagement and satisfaction.Requirements: ? Strong understanding of bolthires?s community guidelines and content policies. ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users in a positive and professional manner. ? Experience in content moderation or community management preferred.
